Fawley Court - May 2008

The Fawley Court Craft and Design Experience, a contemporary art and craft fair with over 250 stands, workshops and demonstrations took place 16-18 May.   

Members of BB&O Area of NAFAS provided six stunning floral displays which were admired by many members of the public. 

BB&O also had a stand, promoting NAFAS, BB&O and the modern approach to flower arranging.  Ongoing demonstrations showed people how to make contemporary buttonholes, bridesmaids' wands, coloured bucket designs and, most successful of all - floral handbags as described in the summer 2008 issue of the Flower Arranger Magazine.  These were so popular the teams could not make them fast enough and were taking orders.

The new BB&O area flier was available on the stand, and as a result we have a number of enquiries from people wishing to visit or join flower clubs in the area.
