| As from 2010 blue forms for booking NAFAS judges, demonstrators, speakers and teachers will be provided to clubs as requested via the annual Club Record Form |
Club Record Forms |
| Details of club officers are held on a database which is used for administration purposes only. Clubs are required to submit details of changes whenever they occur or at least annually following their AGM. The Club Record Form may be returned by post or via email to BB&O Secretary |

Affiliation Letter/Form to be returned annually by end of March, by post with cheque to Rosemary McGowan Club Awards Form to be returned annually in September by post or via email to BB&O Secretary Club Charity Donations Form to be returned annually in October, by post or email to Rosemary McGowan Demonstrator Assessment Form to be returned to Pat Dibben, chairman of JDSE committee, as confidential feedback on BB&O judges, demonstrators, speakers and teachers.
